What's the Associate Track

The INNOCOM Associate Track introduces young potentials in the world of enterprise architecture, agile transformation and/or IT leadership in a fast and fun way. Great digital transformation managers are a rare breed, and unfortunately, this is not something you can learn in school. 

That’s why we provide hands-on training in a challenging customer environment to help you grow into an experienced professional.     

We guide you to becoming an expert consultant through training, self-learning, and on-the-job coaching. This guidance focuses on the skills and competencies required within specific domains such as enterprise architecture, agile or IT leadership, and how to behave as an excellent consultant.  

All this is based on our INNOCOM values and beliefs that will make you stand out in the crowd.  A large part of your growth plan will focus on soft skills training that will help you stand your ground on the executive level and in tough situations. 

Our associate track lasts 1 to 2 years, during which a personal talent developer and different lead consultants will guide you on your journey.

After you have concluded our associate track, we feel confident that you can conduct successful team missions at INNOCOM. However, your journey does not end there. 

As an INNOCOM consultant, you are continuously confronted with challenging missions, hard but rewarding transformation programs, and taking entire organizations on an exciting digital transformation journey that helps you grow.
