You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of our recruiting efforts. This includes participating in our recruiting events, developing candidate pipelines, conducting marketing and branding-related activities, planning, supporting, and interviewing candidates throughout the process, coordinating our assessments, and building overall candidate communication and relationship building.

You will be part of the INNOCOM recruiting team, playing a key role in executing our recruiting strategy to attract the most talented professionals.

  • Excellent oral and written English, Dutch, and/or French communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competency-based interview, and assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels and tools
  • Ideally, you are experienced in hiring information technology profiles, and this is within a professional services context.
