New CEO at INNOCOM

Jurgen Van de Sompel will lead the company as CEO starting September 1st.

INNOCOM, a consultancy and expertise center for strategic and complex transformations, proudly announces Jurgen Van de Sompel's appointment as its new CEO, effective September 1, 2024.

Jurgen has been with INNOCOM for nearly 9 years, including 7 years as a Partner. He is widely respected for his experience, proven track record in the industry, visionary leadership, and boundless energy. 

Over the past years, Jurgen has been the driving force behind the expansion of INNOCOM’s services and its community-driven organizational model. As Managing Partner of the INNOCOM Institute, he has also played a leading role in positioning the Institute as a premium talent and growth partner for developing both INNOCOM’s own talents and those of its clients.
