Participants may notify INNOCOM in advance if submitted materials contain confidential business information requiring additional handling measures.

Access to identifiable feedback is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate business need.

When you apply for a position at INNOCOM, we process the personal data you provide during the recruitment process, including your CV, cover letter, contact details, qualifications, employment history and any other information relevant to the assessment of your application.
This information is processed for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for current or future employment opportunities, managing the recruitment process and communicating with you regarding your application.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, as well as INNOCOM’s legitimate interest in recruiting qualified candidates.
Access to applicant information is limited to employees and managers involved in the recruitment and selection process.
Unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed upon with the applicant, recruitment records will generally be retained for a maximum period of two years after completion of the recruitment process. Where consent is obtained, applicant information may be retained for future career opportunities within INNOCOM.
