Operations & Training/Event Coordinator

We’re currently growing fast and looking to reinforce our INNOCOM Operations and those of our branch for education and research, INNOCOM Institute.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can take up a multitude of organisational, operational and administrative tasks. 

Operations & Training/Event Coordinator

Hands-on Operational Coordinator at INNOCOM & INNOCOM Institute, it is your mission and passion to dive into the Operations with us.

You will:

Organise Operations and Training/Events  

mostly related to the ‘Master of Science in Enterprise Architecture’ INNOCOM Institute is  organising, next to Masterclasses and specific in-house or in-company trainings 

  • coordinate and run the operational part of the trainings of the IC Institute  together with the colleagues of the Business Support team
  • take care of the administration and the logistics related to the organisation of these trainings
  • play a major role in the organisation of (hospitality and  other) events of INNOCOM and INNOCOM Institute
  • be resp. for budget follow-up (suppliers, teachers…)
  • be the “bridge” between the content coordinator of the trainings, the students and the teachers

 

Provide Sales & Operational Support

mostly related to INNOCOM  

  • draft contracts from proposals 
  • assist in the creation of proposals and quotes/offers
  • be responsible for the administrative follow-up on contracts, PO’s and end dates
  • manage:
    • Document Management SharePoint /Teams
    • Moodle (e-learning platform)
    • Contact Management CRM
  • provide support to INNOCOM’s various communities and consultants

  • have excellent MS Office skills 
  • have a Bachelor degree    
  • have minimum of 5 years of relevant previous experience
