Operations & Project Coordinator

We’re currently growing fast and looking to reinforce our operations at IC Institute. Therefore, we seek an enthusiastic professional to pick up many project-related, operational and administrative tasks.

As a crucial team member, you’ll be responsible to coordinate and support the many ongoing initiatives from start to end, keeping an eye on daily tasks and working on operational improvements while keeping the administration in order.

We are looking for an
Operations & Project Coordinator 

As a hands-on Coordinator for IC Institute, it is your mission and passion to dive into its operations & transformations with us.

You will:

Organise the daily operations and coordinate training/events   

The efficient organisation & coordination of the Master of Science in EA, our masterclasses and specific in-house or in-company trainings will be your key responsibilities.
Specifically, you will coordinate and run the operational part of the trainings and events of IC Institute together with the colleagues of the Business Support team and the different content experts.

This means you will:

  • play a major role in the organisation of all training & events at IC Institute
  • take up responsibility for the planning and the related administration. You pick up specific tasks where needed and ensure everything gets done
  • be the first contact for the students, functioning as a true ambassador for all our programmes
  • be the ‘bridge’ between the content coordinators of the trainings, the students and the teachers
  • be responsible for budget follow-up (suppliers, teachers, …)
  • be the (non-technical) administrator for our digital learning environment
  • be the spider-in-the web between logistics, education, quality assurance and all actors involved in the operations of the IC Institute

Organise, coordinate and participate in improvement projects

IC Insititute is growing fast and we’re continuously improving ourselves as an organisation. You’ll play an essential role in the planning and coordinating these improvement projects. Next to this, you will be assigned to work on improvement projects and implement new and better ways of working.

You’ll be a key player to improve operational efficiency and the service quality towards our customers.

You will:

  • coordinate and follow up on the planning of the improvement projects. This means managing the backlog of tasks, organising planning meetings, monitoring the budgets, and report status to stakeholders where needed.
  • perform tasks related to the improvement projects. This means drawing solutions and implementing these in our daily way of working.

YOU, as our OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • have 3 up to 6 years’ experience with project coordination and planning
  • are an organisational talent and take pride in keeping a clean administrative ship
  • have a hands-on mentality and a keen eye on improvement, quality & results
  • you like to take the initiative, and you are always up for creating new and exciting ideas
  • you are a team player, but you know how & when to work independently
  • like to be in contact with students/customers and are service-minded
  • understand and are interested in the digital side of things (CRM, Office applications, our digital learning platform…)
  • have a smooth pen and are fluent in Dutch & English with preferably an acceptable level of writing & speaking in French
  • you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, self-starting, communicative, pro-active & have no fear to make mistakes and share open and honest feedback
