Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Proven proficient coaching/training/mentoring skills, able to stimulate people & team development
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, such as coaching small and large groups
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent understanding of architecture/design patterns
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and its sub-disciplines
  • The candidate will (help) lead the enterprise’s Information Architecture missions. (S)he will typically fill internal positions on an interim basis to inject Information Architecture expertise:
    • Deliver an Information Architecture vision and guidelines in a specific domain
    • Shape sustainable solutions by means of comprehensive information models
    • Ensure alignment of solutions and projects with the architectural vision
    • Engage all relevant stakeholders at all times, from the definition to the transition of the models
    • Ensure that all information guidelines and evolutions are endorsed and adhered to by the company
    • Monitor the information in the company for consistency, integrity and quality
    • Validate information architecture components of project deliverables
    • Identify risks and manage mitigation actions associated with information architecture
  • Act as a central point of contact in a company for all information-related matters, showing leadership skills and the ability to manage priorities
  • Proven experience in several of the following disciplines:
    • Master Data Management
    • Metadata Management
    • Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence
    • Data Quality Management
    • Document Management
    • Data Privacy & Security
    • Data Analytics
    • Big Data
