Digital Marketeer 

As a hands-on Digital Marketeer supporting INNOCOM & the INNOCOM Institute, it is your mission and passion to manage and grow the INNOCOM brand to a premium status by leveraging a content-centric and data-driven approach. You will fill your days with creative ideas, developing, organising, planning and following up on a range of projects in the field of marketing and employer branding. 


On a daily basis you will: 

  • Create marketing collateral (copy, video, photo, graphics, testimonials, blogs, …) that can be (re-)used and distributed across channels and audiences. You will inspire us with your ideas, smart tools and quick-wins to help us accelerate
  • Create and execute a well-thought-out content calendar & campaign plans
  • Manage our website
  • Manage our social media accounts: you take care of the further elaboration and optimization of new and existing social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram…)
  • Manage our presence and visibility in partner channels
  • We want to further grow and optimize the use of our main channel, LinkedIn
  • Manage lead generation
    – You experiment with and make use of the latest tools and technologies for lead generation (SEO, SEA, Social media, email or events)
    – You analyse the data from campaigns and website and you adjust where needed
  • Set up, manage and execute various online and offline campaigns
    – you think creatively about campaigns, from idea to realisation aimed at our specific audiences
    – you execute the campaigns perfectly, and after having analyzed the results, you will optimise and enlarge our brand awareness consequently
  • Manage contact segments to enable smart audiences for those campaigns
  • You work closely, in co-creation with INNOCOM management responsible for marketing, business development and recruiting. When relevant, you involve communities to harvest and enable new content and campaigns.


Aside from the daily challenges, we have these projects in store for you in the next years: 

  • Shape and own the rebuild of the current website to a well-structured CMS-driven website. Your input will be crucial in the design phase with an external partner.
  • Shape and own the shift to a new customer engagement platform (audience segmentation, subscriptions, mailings, leadforms, …)
  • Help improve our current CRM data quality and the related lead/contact management process.
  • Help in setting up new touchpoints such as external newsletter, the voice of the customer feedback, NPS flow, …



  • you obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • you have 3 up to 6 years’ experience in online marketing and you are ready for the next step, confident to take up this crucial role in our company growth
  • creativity is your middle name and you have a smooth pen & excellent copywriting skills in fluent English and Dutch
  • as a real technology savvy person, these marketing tools no longer hold any secrets for you: Google Ads (SEA), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, …
  • you have good experience in developing & reviewing online campaigns
  • you’re data-driven : you’re a numbers guy/girl! The bigger the data, the better for you.
  • you are proficient in a creative design program such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp, Canva, etc. Proficiency with vlog and video editing tools will be considered a plus!
  • you like to take the initiative, and you are always up for creating new and exciting ideas.
  • you are an organisational talent and hybrid worker
  • you have a hands-on mentality and a great eye for detail, quality & results.
  • you are a team player, but you know when to work independently.
  • you are  enthusiastic, eager to learn, self-starting, communicative, pro-active & have no fear to make mistakes and share open and honest feedback
  • you’ll stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • you find it challenging to analyse our marketing approach and are creative in finding new approaches to improve our company branding strategies.
  • you can act as a real ambassador for INNOCOM and INNOCOM Institute (both internally and externally)
