This training includes the development of personal leadership skills, influencing and persuading stakeholders, giving and receiving feedback, and group negotiation.

Why is it relevant for you?

As a leader in a network, your role is to mobilize and unify members toward a common goal. To achieve this, you need to influence C-level stakeholders by demonstrating the value that the network brings to the organization. You must set motivating goals and rally the support of everyone to achieve them, using effective communication to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.

When working with groups, it's important to be able to communicate effectively, preparing and leading work sessions that encourage participation and engagement. Be able to communicate decisions and manage resistance, resolving difficult and conflictual situations as they arise.

Supervising and refocusing team members following problems without the intervention of a direct superior is essential to ensure that the network is functioning effectively. You need to optimize team synergies, coordinate members contributing to a project and/or assignment, leveraging the strengths of each team member to achieve success.
