‘Gisteren hadden we het er nog over. Een collega merkte op dat onze Agile Coaches van een zeer divers pluimage zijn. Rare vogels, die Agile Coaches… Je hebt er die vanuit een technische achtergrond in IT een evolutie hebben doorgemaakt. Maar je hebt er even goed die vanuit een business rol hun gading uiteindelijk gezocht hebben in agile coaching. Je kan dus wel stellen dat onze agile community bij INNOCOM een blend is van verschillende soorten druivenrassen of koffiebonen. Wij blenden. Dat is wat we doen. En elke nieuwe potentiële coach willen we kunnen proeven om te zien of die in die blend zou kunnen passen.

Dat blenden, speelt zich ook af in onze dagelijkse manier van werken. INNOCOM is nog die uitzondering op de regel in het onafhankelijk zijn van partners of leveranciers. Ons advies willen we steeds op een onafhankelijke manier kunnen doen. Dat biedt voor ons als Agile Coaches ook het palet aan agile methodieken waaruit we telkens putten om voor elke klant de juiste … blend samen te stellen. Daar zijn we dus weer met die blend. Maar het is net dat wat wij allen zo leuk vinden aan onze job. Geen enkele Agile organisatie is gelijk aan een andere. De principes zijn universeel, de implementatie van de technieken is telkens weer een andere … juist ja: blend.

Zoals koffie hoort bij opstaan. Zoals wijn hoort bij een lekker dinner. Zo hoort een agile coach bij INNOCOM. Kom gerust even proeven van onze koffie of wijn en wie weet ben jij wel ons volgende element in onze blend.’

you have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Solid Scrum Master experience on development teams (SCRUM-certified)
  • Agile coaching experience (2-5 years)
  • Good understanding of various scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), including how and when to leverage them. Certification is preferred
  • Proven proficient coaching/training/mentoring skills, with the ability to stimulate people & team development
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, including coaching small and large groups
  • Strong leadership skills at all levels, with the ability to motivate and guide teams as well as facilitate discussion and time box sprint-related events and meetings
  • Ability to implement and enhance agile frameworks across teams and programmes
  • Knowledge of DevOps capabilities, such as Continuous Integration and Delivery
  • Ability to align multiple teams (co-located and distributed) to create a consistent, cohesive delivery model for maximum productivity
  • Experience with compiling metrics that measure the progress and outputs of the sprints and releases
