Although each Inno.com consultant does have a basic knowledge of all perspectives of the EA-model, we have the following specialisations:

• Business Architect: deals with objectives, scope and with requirements-related issues which arise in the areas of Business and Information Architecture and the relevant interfaces.
• Functional Architect: deals with issues around logical components and their connection which arise in the areas of Information, Integration and Application Architecture and the relevant interfaces.
• Technical Architect: deals with implementation-related issues which arise in the areas of Integration, Application and Technical Architecture and the relevant interfaces.
• Infrastructure Architect: deals with infrastructure and operations related issues which arise in the area of Technical Architecture.
• Project Manager: deals with (Architecture Centric) Project Management
• IT Management/Organisation/Methodology: deals with IT methodology, IT organisation and IT management issues
• Transformation architect: deals with shaping, changing and coaching an IT organisation in its people, processes, structures, and tools dimensions
