Inno.com delivers experienced project & program managers who take the ownership of large and complex ICT projects. Inno.com helps the customer in managing people and subcontractors, coordinating activities, tasks, budget while assuring the agreed quality levels and deadlines.
In order to support this type of projects, Inno.com has developed a "Project Management and Quality Assurance Plan" that is conform to ISO standards and the Unified Process.
